There is a voice within each and everyone of us that tells us exactly what needs to be done. The problem is we tend to ignore that voice and do what our ego tells us to do, and when we do this it leads us to hardships. We must become concious  of that inner voice and learn to follow it regardless of what others think. Always keep your goals out in front of you, stay on purpose you can feel it, and remember you can go from ordinary to extroidinary. It takes trials and tribulations this is called learning. Think of it as being in school choose your major wisely.

Good morning everyone ! It’s a beautiful day i love the sunshine it makes me happy, but the suns not shining here today it’s raining. Every day is a great day if you decide it is. I decided to appreciate the rain because it cleans the air, it helps the plants grow( so we can have food and breathe oxygen). i almost forgot i like the smell of rain too it takes me back to when i was a kid living in Virginia.

I know life is hard at times and in those hard time there is a lesson to be learned and we must figure it out. This is the time when your attitude can set you sail or sink your ship. We must ponder our thoughts and come of with a plan of action to better oueselves. You are the master of your fate and the captain your soul. Arm yourself with a great attitude every day and a plan of action and watch your dreams come true.  Remeber: Big things are little things put together !!! Make it a great day !!!

Have you ever been sick and couldn’t get out of bed, couldn’t go to work, couldn’t cook breakfast for the family and you could care less what was going in the world because your body ached, you had a fever, and you felt nauseous. All you wanted was to be healthy again, so you could enjoy the things you care about. That’s why first and foremost you have to take care of yourself, so that you have the energy to take care of others and enjoy what life has to offer to it’s fullest. Along with your health and these six steps to success you are going to see your life change before your eyes in a positive way.

1-First you must fix in your mind the exact amount of you desire.Don’t just say i want plenty of money. Be specific about the amount.

2-Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire. There is no such reality as “something for nothing”.

3-Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the money you desire.

4-Creat a definite plan for carrying out your desire, and begin at once, whether you are ready or not, to put this plan into action.

5-Write out a clear,concise statement of the amount of money you intend to acquire,name the time limit for it’s acquistion,state what you intend to give in return for the money, and describe clearly the planthrough which you intend to accumulate it.

6-Read your written statement aloud, twice daily, once just before going to bed at night, and once after getting up in the morning.AS YOU READ, SEE AND FEEL AND BELIEVEYOURSELF ALREADY IN POSSESSION OF THE MONEY.

just like a great athlete you must use repettition and action to train your brain to become aware and get rid of old habits.

We all make excuses every now and then, and it’s such a habit that sometimes we are not even aware that we’re doing it. If you’ve ever watched STAR WARS you might remember a scene where Yoda says” There is no try you either do or you do not”. The reason some of us start and stop so often is because of the word”TRY” we give ourselves a way out by using this word. When you truly commit to something there is no other option but success. Success might take longer than we thought it would, but by never giving up you will learn and eventually succeed( if you are truly committed). There is a saying” Quitters never win and winners never quit”. You have to decide…no one else!!! Life is short, so take some quiet time, grab a pen and a piece of paper( go do it right now ) and write down all the things you want to achieve in this lifetime and remember you only pass this way once and time is limited. In my next posts i will be giving you steps on how to achieve your goals. there was a time when i was in disaray about what i wanted to do with my life and let me tell you there is nothing more frustrating. There is this feeling of helplessness and you keep doing the same thing over and over again, so i’m going to shine some light on the subject about what i did. It all started with this poem:

It’s the last day of the work week for most and i know you’re happy about that. Don’t you every day felt like friday? It’s all in your mindset and attitude !!! Do you like what you do for work? Do you hate your job? Are you smater than your boss? Can you make the company run more efficiently? If you are asking yourself these questions then it’s time to make a change. Life is short and you should be doing what you love. Not just something to get by. I will elaborating on this a bit more later, but for now ponder these questions.

I woke up this morning a little tired. I watched monday night football with a couple of friends and a few shots of tequila later. I must say i’m a light weight when it comes to drinking(it doesn’t take much). I taught a bootcamp class this morning at 5:30am, and went to the television station at 6am to do my monday morning wake up and get fit segment, which is always a blast. I trained a client at 7am,8am,9am and now i’m working my blog. I’m already thinking about lunch, boy i’m hungry. Stay focused !!!

Hey there everyone !!! It’s Sunday morning and i’ve been up since about 6:30 i love getting up early. My friends call me crazy because i get up at about 3:30 every morning. I love it it’s so peaceful and quiet and it gives me time for me. I check my emails, read, workout, and i study so i can stay on top of my game. We only have 24 hours in a day and it goes fast. Even getting up that early i still feel like i don’t have enough time to get it all done, so we must have a plan of action for the day. Write out the important things that must be done( everything is not important…set your priorities) the night before and ask for help when you feel  overloaded.

Consistency is one of the main keys to achieving your goals. We change our behavior patterns by doing something new and consistently following through every day for 30 days. Here’s a challenge for you, do something on a regular basis for 30 days for example get up and workout before work three times a week for 30 days and see what happens. Change is inevitable just make sure you’re the one in control of your own destiny.

I was talking with a couple of my clients today while we were working out, and a common theme kept popping up. We are all searching for something!!!There is a voice(intuition or gut feeling) inside each and everyone of us that guides us, but we often fight this voice because we don’t want to feel uncomfortable. We worry about what people are going to say about us and this causes procrastination and stress. What we are doing is letting someone else take control of our lives at that moment. These are two aspects of being happy, one  must be mentally concious and physically healthy.
