Do you feel overwhelmed?
Hey there everyone !!! It’s Sunday morning and i’ve been up since about 6:30 i love getting up early. My friends call me crazy because i get up at about 3:30 every morning. I love it it’s so peaceful and quiet and it gives me time for me. I check my emails, read, workout, and i study so i can stay on top of my game. We only have 24 hours in a day and it goes fast. Even getting up that early i still feel like i don’t have enough time to get it all done, so we must have a plan of action for the day. Write out the important things that must be done( everything is not important…set your priorities) the night before and ask for help when you feelĀ overloaded.
hi Roland, i’ve read, and now practise, that it’s not a good idea to write lists in the evening–it sets one’s mind on tasks and keeps us from getting a good night’s sleep. better to ease the mind towards sleep with mindfulness (be here now) and set tasks and priorities in the early part of the day! it has really helped me lower my anxiety, thus i have energy and focus to get those tasks done!
